I am designing a cabinet that will require a few jigs with a very large (about 9 foot) radius. My current capability is for about 7 feet. The jigs (really templates) need to be about 55 inches long and about 6to 9 inches wide. I will need 3 of separate radii. So it seems the best way to do these accurately is on a CNC, feeding in the measurements, and supplying the MDF. Does anyone in the Club or anyone know of someone who can make these for me? I need two of them to help make forms and clamps for a large bent lamination, so the radii need to be exact.

Um, I miscalculated, more like an 11 to 14 foot radius, I’m still finalizing the design. But the intent is to input the radius, and the chord. to get my templates.

Joe Vanek has one. I’m not sure the size capabilities.

I know they have a huge CNC may be worth a call.
