I’m trying to replace a broken hinge in a medicine cabinet and striking out at HD, Lowes, Blum, Long Island Laminates and online. It is a 165degree full overlay and none of the ones I’ve seen have holes that line up with the original. The center to center door mounting screw measurement is 48mm. The hole in the door for the hinge cup is 36mm. Screw holes are offset from the center of the hinge cup by 5mm. The problems I’ve had with hinges I purchased locally is the distance between the screw holes or the offset from the centerline of the hinge cup. The cabinet is all metal with mirrors inside and out with threaded inserts for the screws. Not easily modified for another hinge. The manufacturer is DTC which is probably an OEM in China. Any other sources for hinges?
