I don’t know why the others didn’t come through. I tried to resize them before putting them up but it wouldn’t let me. We get the idea. I like it. I would typically tilt the blade to 45 deg to make that cut on my radial arm saw. Assuming you make the jig accurately (no doubt you did), keeping the blade consistently at 90 means more consistency in your cuts.

Well, all I can say is I hope the jigs came out better than the pictures …
Maybe it’s my machine. Sometimes the filters block things from coming through. Anyway, I’m sure they are very nice, Charles.

How about a miter jig. Maybe miter jig pictures are easier for you. Try one of those. -
I remember seeing an inventor/engineer demonstrating a different sort of technology that did not involve destruction of the blade. It was similar in that it stopped the blade instantly but it used a laser detection with a reverse current or electromagnetic force to stop the blade. If I remember correctly, this technology could be retrofitted to existing machines or at least to new production units. I guess he just never had the funding to continue.
