Please retract my last comment. I didn’t realize he was selling everything.

    Jim,
Good morning. Does your coworker have any interest trading for a 6″ jointer or 12″ planer?
    Regards,
    Andrew

Hi everyone. Yes, benchcrafted. Made a Moxon vise as well. Mohawk tung oil finish. Easy to apply. Holding up well. Thank you!

Great video. Built my split top ash and walnut Roubo bench in March. Was extremely satisfying and is a pleasure to use.

    All
We are staying healthy. Just finished a new split top Roubo workbench with ash and walnut. Thank you to Harry at Urban for lending me the plans to get a jump start and his advice along the way (he will eventually get them back as I now have two sets of plans)! Purchased the materials shortly before the pandemic took over.
    Regards
    Andrew

One more thing, recommend selecting a saw that allows for easy and repeatable adjustment. Downtime adds up changing blades.

Hi Bob. My friend is very happy with his Laguna 14/12 bandsaw. He bought a 1” wide blade for resawing which tracks straight.

I have a 14” Grizzly which tends to drift when resawing over 4” thickness.

My neighbor has a 14” Jet. Likely undersized for what you are looking to do.
    Regards
    Andrew

Steve. The wood is still available. Joe expressed interest in splitting some wood if that helps your decision.
