You don’t have to build a traditional Roubo bench to appreciate this. Chris is a friend to the club and spent time with us in Saratoga some years ago (who can forget pushing the bus out of the mud?)
Daryl, thanks, really interesting. I’m not building a bench but there’s always something to learn. I started watching and will finish it later..
Very good video. Doing that build with only hand tools is a lot of work. I got tired watching him. That was Glen Huey who helped him turn the top over. Thanks for posting.
Daryl I watched this video the other night it was great . There is also another one from benchcrafted on the list to watch .
Thanks Bob. Can you post a link?
Daryl here is the link for the video from bench crafted .Its a few years old but pretty cool enjoy
Great video. Built my split top ash and walnut Roubo bench in March. Was extremely satisfying and is a pleasure to use.
Nice job Andrew. Looks like a Bench Crafted design. Yes? Did you apply a finish?
Andrew, Really nice job…
Nice Andrew. Unlike you though, I swear way more than three times.
Hi everyone. Yes, benchcrafted. Made a Moxon vise as well. Mohawk tung oil finish. Easy to apply. Holding up well. Thank you!
